Join Behind The Bids LLC for our inaugural Sorority Recruitment Preparation Workshop, a one-of-a-kind event designed for high school seniors and other potential new members (PNMs), along with their mothers (or another VIP adult). Whether you’re headed to recruitment in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027, this workshop will give you a confident head start on one of the most exciting experiences of college life.
We’ll cover the do’s and don’ts of sorority recruitment, dive into what really happens behind closed doors in membership selection rooms, and discuss what chapters are truly looking for.
Ever wonder what those “basement girls” on RushTok are doing? Curious about what sororities consider social media red flags? Are chapters really looking at your social media this spring? Do you try to stand out on your social résumé — or blend in with the crowd of PNMs? What do the written and unwritten rules really dictate?
This isn’t a surface-level discussion. We’re diving into the real, unfiltered, and practical side of recruitment to give you the edge. The chapter members in the sorority spend many weekends during the school year practicing conversations and an entire work week in the summer preparing to greet you with confidence. Practice will help you too! You’ll take part in real-world practice sessions and guided conversation exercises designed to help you feel prepared, polished, and authentic when it matters most.
